Therefore, when acquiring, processing, and using your personal data, it is our primary interest to protect your data and your personal rights as well as to respect your right to make your own decisions concerning information. Our handling of personal data is conducted in accordance with the GDPR.
 

1. acquiring AND USING YOUR PERSONAL DATA


In order to process your order as well as possible, the data that you filled in when registering or ordering by email, telephone, or Facebook are saved by us and further transmitted to companies entrusted with delivering selected goods to you (Česká pošta, s.p.; DHL Express (Czech Republic s.r.o.); DPD (Direct Parcel Distribution CZ s.r.o.); GLS (General Logistics systems Czech Republic s.r.o.); and Delta International Cargo s.r.o.). 

Your data, such as your address, email address, and telephone number (if you provided it) are transmitted to our partner delivery companies so that your delivery company can provide information on the approximate time of package delivery or so that you can agree on a change in delivery time. You will receive an email or SMS with information about delivery from the delivery company.


We will occasionally send you information by email about products or advertisements (relating to your previous orders), which is something you specified when placing your order. However, you can express disagreement with the processing and use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time; please contact our customer service about this by email at valentamodel@chrudim.cz.

Conditions for Personal Data Protection

 

I.

Basic Provisions

  1. According to Article 4(7) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”), the personal data controller is Vojtěch Valenta – V.J.V., ID No.: 11063343, VAT No.: CZ6602181520, located at Fibichova 462, Pardubice 53003 (hereinafter “controller”).

Personal data is understood to be any and all information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who is able to be directly or indirectly identified, primarily by reference to a specific identifier, e.g., name, ID No., locational data, network identifier, or to one or more singular elements of the natural person’s physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural, or social identity.
  2. The controller has not named a trustee for the protection of personal data.

II.

The Source and Categories of Processed Personal Data

  1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data that the controller has acquired on the basis of fulfilling your order or request (primarily when calculating oversize packages, when it is necessary to know the delivery address).
  2. The controller processes your identification and contact data as well as data necessary for fulfilling the contract.

 

III.

The Legal Basis and Purpose for Personal Data Processing

  1. The legal basis for processing personal data is
  2. fulfilling the contract between you and the controller according to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
  3. the entitled interest of the controller for providing direct marketing (primarily for sending commercial announcements and newsletters) according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and
  4. your consent to processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (primarily for sending commercial announcements and newsletters) according to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 7(2) of Act 480/2004 Coll. on Certain Information Society Services in the case that no goods or services were ordered.
  5. The purpose of processing personal data is:
  6. the dispatching of your orders and the exercise of the rights and responsibilities resulting from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data that is necessary for successfully dispatching orders (name and address, contact information) is requested upon ordering; providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract – it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to fulfill it without providing personal data and
  7. sending commercial announcements.
  8. On the part of the controller, there is automatic individual decision making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to this type of processing.

 

IV.

The Period of Time for Data Storage

  1. The controller stores personal data
  2. for the period of time necessary to exercise the rights and responsibilities resulting from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and execute the requirements of these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the conclusion of the contractual relationship).
  3. for the period of time until consent for processing personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, at the latest 10 years if the personal data has been processed on the basis of consent.
  4. The controller will erase the personal data after the period of time for storing personal data has expired.

 

V.

The Recipients of the Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)

  1. The recipients of personal data are
  2. individuals participating in delivering goods and executing payments on the basis of the contract and
  3. accounting services.
  4. The controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country (i.e., to a country outside the EU) or an international organization. The recipients of the personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services and cloud services.

 

VI.

Your Rights

  1. Under the conditions set by the GDPR, you have
  2. the right to access your personal data according to Article 15 of the GDPR,
  3. the right to rectify personal data according to Article 16 of the GDPR or to restrict processing according to Article 18 of the GDPR,
  4. the right to erase personal data according to Article 17 of the GDPR,
  5. the right to object to processing according to Article 21 of the GDPR,
  6. the right to data portability according to Article 20 of the GDPR, and
  7. the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronic form at the address or email of the controller listed in Article III of these conditions.
  8. Further, you have the right to lodge a complaint at the Office for Personal Data Protection if you think that your personal data protection rights have been violated.

 

VII.

The Conditions for Safeguarding Personal Data

  1. The controller declares that they have adopted any and all suitable technical and organizational measures for safeguarding personal data.
  2. The controller has adopted technical measures for safeguarding data repositories and personal data repositories in paper form.
  3. The controller declares that only individuals entrusted by them have access to personal data.

Final Provisions

  1. By sending orders to the email valentamodel@chrudim.cz, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the conditions of personal data protection and that you accept them in their entirety.
  2. You agree to these conditions by ordering goods/products via email correspondence at valentamodel@chrudim.cz, and you confirm that you have been familiarized with the conditions for personal data protection and that you accept them in their entirety.
  3. The controller has the right to change these conditions. A new version of the conditions for personal data protection will be published on the controller’s websites, and you will also simultaneously be sent a new version of these conditions at the email address you have given the controller.

 

 



 

 

6. VIEWING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data that you have shared with us remain stored with us for the time period prescribed by law, and if you are interested in viewing it, you can find the data safely in your email correspondence, where you are protected by a password. If you have erased this email, you can request that we provide this information by sending an email from your email address. This process is secure even if a third party tries to gain access to your personal data, because the transmission is always sent to your email address, to which only you have access.
